Any items purchased through The Christmas Tree Man are provided subject to the purchaser’s agreement to the following disclaimer: The purchaser shall be responsible for all risk of loss or damages from and after delivery. The Christmas Tree Man shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, costs or expenses relating to the delivery, installation, use, storage, removal, transportation or destruction of the items purchased. The Christmas Tree Man shall not be responsible if any of the plant material supplied is found to contain insects or for any damage that may result.
